We told him what makes/models we were interested in and gave him our must have requirements, to include color options and price range. If he came across something he thought we'd like, he would give us a call. Just a few weeks later, they took in a 2013 Ford Edge. It had everything we wanted and then some. During the purchase process, we learned that dealing with Zeck Ford was very simple. There was no back and forth on price. They have a formula for figuring price and that's what it is. Great news for a non negotiator! I knew I wasn't going to pay more just because I'm not one to negotiate price. Whenever you purchase, and finance, a vehicle you're going to spend a little time at the dealership, but the overall process was simple and quite painless compared to some past experiences. Probably my favorite part, though, aside from Rick of course... You can walk out on the lot at any given time and not be hounded by salespeople. Because of how they handle employee compensation, they are helpful, but their is no pressure to get the sale no matter what. More

New car then dealing with a buy back We had a great experience at first when we bought our ford explorer. We loved it and loved our experience at Zeck and Tyler was great. Soon after buying the car we ran into a problem with the car not running right and no one seemed to be able to figure the problem out. So after about 2 1/2 months we were back at Zech with them buying it back and us shopping for another one. That experience was a little different. Every one was still really nice. Things just didn't go as we thought they would. I at least thought we would get what we paid out of the vehicle since this wasn't our problem. We would have loved to keep the explorer we had just if they could fix the problem it was having. We got a year newer and walked away from the whole thing but we didn't want to pay more then what we already were and we had made that very clear from the beginning. So the only thing I would change is having them look for another car like we had so we didn't have to pay more. Thought they would come down in price a little on the new explorer we were getting since this isn't something we did and we just bought this explorer from yhem. We are happy now to actually have a car that runs without a problem. All in all I think if you were just going to buy a car then Zeck would be a great place to go. And Tyler was a great salesman and kept in contact with us throughout the whole deal. More
