Great Customer Service I had noticed a 2 chips in my windshield that I did not notice when I was buying the car. Completely my fault. My salesman Gavin went over the information about what that means, showed me the documentation about the reasons for the buyback, and let me take the car overnight to have my mechanic check it. After I decided to buy the car, the whole transaction was fast and free of excessive pressure. The value for my trade-in was not as much as I was hoping, but not unreasonable. The trade-in value is the only negotiable item, otherwise they use a fixed, clean price system for both their new and their pre-owned vehicles. The dealership is full of life and activity, yet it feels relaxed, with salesperson wearing shorts and company T-shirts. The place is very busy with customers coming from surrounding areas. I recommend this dealership. More

I looked online prior to coming in which is suggested seeing that I was there for over 4 hours and I went in there with what I wanted already in mind. I looked online prior to coming in which is suggested seeing that I was there for over 4 hours and really only looked at 2 cars. I bought a USED 2013 Edge, the dealership was completely transparent with the car. They showed me the CARFAX and were up front with the 1 reported accident. When I got the car it had a small dent on the hood and they are going to fix that for me. Overall great experience and would buy another car from them in the future. More
