Honesty and Pateince I came in with a lemon of a vehicle. It had been 2 years of xxxx dealing with this car and Zeck Ford saved me from it. When asked how much I wanted fo I came in with a lemon of a vehicle. It had been 2 years of xxxx dealing with this car and Zeck Ford saved me from it. When asked how much I wanted for it, I told them enough to cover the previous engine replacement (The car was on its 4th engine). They came back with an honest quote that was for what the car was actually worth in good running condition. Any other dealer would have just taken my asking price and ran. They gave me enough to cover what I still owed on the car and had me walking away very happy that I basically broke even. I bought a 2015 Jeep Renegade from them and they even let me keep it overnight just to be sure it's what I wanted. This is the 2nd vehicle we've bought here, the first being my wife's 2011 Chevy Equinox we bought 3 years ago. The place is jumping and always busy, which might throw a first timer off. It's like this simply because of their reputation. Simply ask for a sales associate and they'll direct you promptly to someone who can help. You can wander the lot looking at cars, but don't expect to be approached by someone looking for a quick sale. They don't work like that. Sloan Cloke was my sales rep. I didn't have an appointment but he still worked me in around his schedule and made plenty of time to help. I really cannot recommend this dealership enough. More

Won't take no for an answer After searching multiple dealerships and being turned down because my wife and I had no credit not bad just none we turned to the guys we bought our f After searching multiple dealerships and being turned down because my wife and I had no credit not bad just none we turned to the guys we bought our first car at and found this gentleman. We told him what we wanted and he kept finding car after car that would be perfect for our family but the banks wouldn't finance us. This went on for a couple weeks and one day we got a call from a bank getting info from us and said ok well if we can get anything done we will give you a call. 20 minutes later mark was calling us saying they had a vehicle for us we just had to come down test drive it and sign and I thought yeah right but thas exactly how it happened and now we have a brand new vehicle and a good friend because mark never gave up he pushed until we got what we needed.
