I was picky and very specific about a lot of things and Mark made sure it was all taken care of and we had our vehicle secured before we hopped in the car and made the nearly 4 hour drive to Zeck Ford. Their slogan is "Car buying is broken. We're here to fix it." and they certainly lived up to that. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. We knew what we wanted, they helped us secure it, made sure it was all perfect before we made the trip, and then got us in and out quickly and efficiently when we were there while sharing lots of laughs in the process. Zeck Ford has an awesome laid back atmosphere with a non-commissioned sales staff and the employees are allowed to have a lot of fun and freedom within their roles and express themselves (some had fun socks on, others with some crazy hair, etc.) in a casual work environment. Mark even texted us two hours after the dealership was closed on his own personal time the day we purchased the vehicle (a Saturday night!) to make sure we made it back safely after our trip home. Talk about impressive customer service! These guys are great and I'll certainly look there first the next time I need a vehicle. A++++ for Zeck Ford, Mark Atkinson, and Laura Beckley. Jeff Bolin I purchased a new truck from Zeck recently. I cannot begin to articulate the service and value I experienced with Jeff Bolin. In the two days that I t I purchased a new truck from Zeck recently. I cannot begin to articulate the service and value I experienced with Jeff Bolin. In the two days that I took with him, I was able to look back and feel like a valued customer. My schedule is busy, duty is a ruthless manager, I seldom have room for flexibility when it comes to my schedule. I left town on business but prior to departing scheduled to meet with Jeff, on what I later found out was his scheduled day off. During this time my travel changed and I was not going to be able too meet with Jeff as planned. Hearing my situation Jeff took it upon himself to drive over on his day off to pick me up from the airport. In the fifteen years I've lived in this community I have not found another company who's employee would go out of their way to help, in any way that they could and not nessessarly for their own personnel agenda, and most definitely not at the expense of their own day off. This selfless act, was beyond reproach. Zeck Ford should be proud to have a person working for them with the value of the customer, being above that of their own. Jeff has earned and will sustain a lifetime commitment from me and the other five drivers in my home for as long as I continue to buy vehicles and as long as he continues to remain in this industry.
