As a business owner, I could immediately tell that something different was happening, by design. Very nice. My only gripe, which is significant as we're talking about money, is that the website should show the ACTUAL price with typical rebates applied (not all of them at once) OR the best case scenario interest rate. But not both. As I came to find out at the "deal table" there's never a scenario where all of those things are possible. The net result is that I paid about $4-5K more than what I thought I was going to when I first arrived. Make the web shopping experience 100% transparent and I'll keep coming back! Thanks. Darius quickly contacted us and let us know that they were closed for the holiday and he would help us as soon as they opened. He contacted me that morning and had the truck we picked ready for us by the time we got to the dealership. He was easy to work with and talk too. He seemed knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. During the process he worked with us and asked us what we wanted. Got us a great price for our trade and even talked to my five year old son who isn't all that interested in buying cars. Upon leaving we discovered that there was an issue with the keys given and Darius quickly stepped in and fixed the properly. We are not easy to please, but we had an overall good experience at the dealership and with Darius. I'm only docking a star for the overall time spent there. We spent a bit over four hours. Partly our fault, but they were also busy. Would recommend and shop there again. More

Darius listened intently to what my needs were and worked to ensure the vehicle in question would meet those needs. We took it for a test drive, the length and variety of roads we traveled on helped me decide to purchase the vehicle. That last thing was that it was not clean on the outside, so Darius had me take it to the car wash and clean it up so we could go back and inspect it closely. Overall it was a good and enjoyable experience and those that have a chance to work with this young man will not be disappointed. Thank you Darius! I was disappointed after taking possession of the the vehicle that it had some vibration with harder braking. The dealership had listed what they did to the vehicle and turning the brake rotors was listed. Apparently they didn't do a good job of test driving it as it still had that issue. Its not a deal breaker but what was the only "fly in the ointment" with the whole experience. More
