Proud new Mustang owner I drove by Zeck one day and saw a black Mustang sitting in the grass up front. That thing caught my eye so I decided to stop by and take a quick look. I was shocked that when I was walking around the lot I wasn't harassed by a bunch of sales guys, I liked that because I really don't like to car shop. When I walked in I was greeted by everyone from management all the way down to the sales people. The atmosphere is like none other with music playing and all employees wearing t-shirts, I've never seen such a thing before. Grant is awesome, he answered all of my questions and if he did not know the answer, he went out of his way to get them. If you are looking for a new or preowned car in the KC area, stop by Zeck Ford before you got to any other dealership. I'm very happy with my new purchase. What the heck shop at Zeck ;) More

"Best customer service and prices ever seen" I rode down to Zeck Ford in search of a 4x4 crew cab truck to fit the needs of my family of four. Upon walking into the dealership lot I was greeted ( I rode down to Zeck Ford in search of a 4x4 crew cab truck to fit the needs of my family of four. Upon walking into the dealership lot I was greeted (not snatched up by the normal dealership window vultures from other dealerships) and redirected inside to Ray Mullenaux. Ray was very professional but relaxed, making the experience no different than going to buy candy from a corner store. Although we had issues finding a truck to fit my budget as well as needs Ray and his team kept me updated throughout the week via text messages, phone calls and emails. I am a Fort Riley soldier so being that I could not make a two hour drive everyday the updates helped to find the right truck. Once the right truck was found all I had to do was come in for a test drive, and do the necessary paperwork. Zeck Ford is easily setting a new standard for how dealerships should be ran and I hope they continue to. They also have the coolest dealership emblem I have ever seen!!! More

Thanks old friend I needed a new car so I didn't have to worry going on long trips. I've know Ray for over 25 years.
