Fast, Courteous, Couldn't Have Asked for it to Go Smoother. I contacted Zeck about a mustang gt premium I was interested in. Saturday arrived and I was immediately greeted on the lot and found that the individual I was texting with, Tyler, was on a test drive. No problem, they connected us with Hunter. The show room was busy and bustling with lots of activity. Hunter pulled the files on the mustangs we were looking at, he provided us with the vehicle history reports and car facts report. After a brief discussion we went for a short test drive and I chose the mustang I was most interested in. I had shopped the Midwest prior to arriving and found that Zeck Ford has the best deal on the car with the mileage range I was interested in. I truly was trying to find anywhere that had a 20k mile 2015 GT premium cheaper and could not. The up front experience, the quick and courteous service, and the obvious investment in excellence at every step was evident. I came in ready to haggle, but couldn't find a reason to, it was the best deal in the market on the best example of the car I could find. Hunter, the salesperson, was personable without being your typical car lot slimebag sales person. Seemed genuine and kind. They washed and dried the car to knock the dust off while I was signing papers and sent me away with a smile. I have bought with Car Max before, which was the best car buying experience I have ever had with my wife's car. Truly Zeck ford matched or exceeded that experience. I will recommend them in the future to others looking for cars. I found out the same week that our church friends had just picked up a minivan that very week. All reviews can't be 100% positive to be believable so I had only one criticism. Within the main show room, in a place so dedicated to excellence of customer experience, there was clutter around the outer walls. Removing the boxes of catalogs stacked against the exterior windows and purging all unnecessary boxes et. cetera would truly kick it up a notch. Each of the sales peoples cubes where tidy and clean but the amount of extra stuff in the show room was noticeable. Small thing, but if I was an owner I would correct it. More

Test drove with Rick Mears, and he offered to let me drive the car home for the day, but I was unable to return it the next day. I returned on Monday, and drove the car home that evening. Had a minor maintenance hiccup with the battery, causing me to have to return the vehicle. I called Rick, and he arranged maintenance for the vehicle from his home (it was his day off) and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Excellent customer service from a dealer that is unlike any other car dealership I've ever visited! Very low pressure sales experience, salesmen in jeans and Zeck Ford t-shirts, classic rock on the PA system, and everyone was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I would be a return customer!
