Best Experience Ever I just purchased a 2015 Ford Titanium for my daughter who is attending college at K-State. After performing my vehicle research, I decided to look at I just purchased a 2015 Ford Titanium for my daughter who is attending college at K-State. After performing my vehicle research, I decided to look at the Ford Fusion for safety and value. The 2015 Fusion had excellent ratings by Consumer Reports and I felt this car would be the best overall value for our budget. I spoke with Tyler Hatcher and gave him my requirements for the vehicle e.g. 2.0 Turbo, below 30,000 miles (I still wanted a year of bumper to bumper warranty). Tyler called me a few hours later and said he had a few vehicles that meet my requirements. I test drove a fully loaded Titanium and fell in love with it. The next day my daughter came home from college and drove the car. We bought the car that night. Tyler did a great job assisting us through this process. A few observations I would like to comment on regarding Zeck's. 1. The dealership is packed with customers particular on a Friday night or Saturday. 2. Zeck's believes in offering no haggle pricing...I did my market research and they could not be beat. 3. Absolutely no pressure in purchasing a car. 4. I felt that I received fair market value for my trade in. 5. This was probably the most laid back, easy, and enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. More

Awesome customer service Zech Ford and their salesman, Hunter were fabulous to work with. I had been looking for a 2015 Ford Fusion with certain options but not having much lu Zech Ford and their salesman, Hunter were fabulous to work with. I had been looking for a 2015 Ford Fusion with certain options but not having much luck. I came across Zech Ford through Autotrader. They had several on their lot. I called ahead and made an appointment. Hunter called me back to clarify what I was looking for. When we got there, teenage children in tow, Hunter had 2 vehicles pulled around ready for us to look at. He was very patient with me (I am quite indecisive) and my children. We picked a vehicle but it needed a little work to one rim. Not only did they fix it, Zech delivered the car to me 2 days later. I live an hour and a half away!!! Above and beyond. More
