I was approached by Ryan Banks and instantly felt comfortable. I'm in sales and could tell he was there to help me and not there just to sell me. He asked all the right questions, found the right car and whammo I had purchased a great new fusion. Honestly everyone seemed nice there but I will continue to deal with Ryan for anything else I might need. I suggest you do as well. He should be around more now that Kobe finally retired. More

At first it was due to the low prices--my research showed they were at least $1200 less than comparable cars at other Ford dealerships--and that remained true this time as well. Both times we were lucky enough to use RICK MEARS. My favorite thing about him is that he doesn't try to "sell" you on anything. We always know exactly what we want and he will just go with the flow and show you what you want and only ask questions and point things out if you ask. His relaxed approach totally changed my perception of car salespeople, to be honest. I would ask for him specifically if you can. Another thing I liked is that it wasn't some "high-pressure" situation. It was like here is what the car costs, here is the amount of your trade in, let's go. It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere, and I'm a VERY picky purchaser. We were in and out of there in a few hours and I am very happy. More

My car had to get 4 new tires that had to be ordered so instead of just leaving me without a car for the weekend, Shawn set me up with a 2015 Ford Fusion. Was not expecting that. Great cuatomer service. This will probably be the only dealership I will buy from. I have already recommended this dealership to all my friends and family. More

Rick was very helpful and very courteous, even acknowledging and entertaining my young son. The whole process was very quick, and I got the car I wanted with no hassle.
