Decided on a Ford Focus Electric car. Zeck ford had a 2014 with under 10,000 miles in the color I wanted(1 of only a handful of used Ford Focus Electrics in the KC Area). This shows they carry a great selection of cars. They were completely honest with the history of the car(it had a few minor issues from its previous life in California). This shows that they are as honest as a used car dealer can be. Test drove the car and bought the car on Saturday night and they delivered the car to my house(40 miles away) on Monday evening. The attention the team at Zeck Ford gave to all of their customers was fun to watch, they seem to care about the customers wants and needs. Only issue with the purchase was that the car was not charged up when I got there so I had to sit around for a hour or two so that I could test drive it(partially my fault because I arrived at the dealership on a whim to test drive the car). We used that time to start the paperwork ball rolling and shaved some time off the back end of the deal. Mark Atkinson was a great guy to deal with and he stuck with me while we waited for the car to charge up. There was a brief moment of "used car salesmanship"(Hey, let's look at this car!) but once Mark realized I was there for one car only the "used car salesmanship" disappeared. If you didn't know what car you were looking for, I'm sure the team at Zeck Ford could find you a car you would like. It's a no hassle/haggle dealership so I missed out on the "fun" of bargaining over the price. In the end, I knew exactly what I wanted and walked away with a great car at a great price. I can't figure out how to give 4.5 five stars so it gets downgraded to 4. More

Wow! Just wow! Let me start by saying that I am from California, I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what price I was going to pay. I visited several dealers out here in California before starting to look out of state, I think I was put off by several of them because of my age, regardless of what my pocket book said. I was frustrated beyond end when a sales person of a dealership here told me "I am busy, you'll have to wait" in a rude and condescending tone. At this point, I started to look out of state and found two or so 50 Years Edition, 5.0 liter V8, Mustangs in the midwest with some of the features that I wanted, but not all. I also started toying with the idea of flying out and road-tripping back home. About this time, I noticed the perfect car pop up on Auto Trader and I immediately called Zeck Ford... I was greeted by the sweetest and most helpful voice; Georgia, she was incredibly helpful in getting all of my questions answered, then she forwarded me over to Fran Weis who was going to be my sales person, I couldn't be happier. Every interaction with all of the staff at Zeck Ford was absolutely wonderful! After telling Fran I wanted to purchase the vehicle, I was contacted by Jeremiah who made sure my information was correct, then he overnighted all of the paperwork to me, I signed and returned... Ah, the car is mine! After two INCREDIBLY long weeks of waiting, went by, it was finally time to fly out and pick up my baby! At the airport, I was greeted by Mark in a very nice Expedition, he was to take my brother and me to the dealership. A beautiful drive and phenomenal conversion later and there I was, check in hand, ready to just drive my car! After arriving at the dealership, I was there for no more than 15 minutes! I looked over the car, handed over the check, signed for the keys and I was on my way to eating some great Kansas City Bar-b-que and the 2000 mile journey back home. The story doesn't, however, end there; Fran did an amazing job keeping up with me, texting me and making sure the trip was going smooth and ensuring I made it home safely. WOW! You would be hard struck to find this level of customer service out here in California. All in all, I wish I lived a lot closer to Zeck Ford, and a thousand times yes, I would recommend them to anybody that asks. Straight Forward, To the Point, Kind, Knowledgable, No Games and No Gimmicks... I could keep going forever! Again, thank you, Zeck Ford, for a great buying experience and an AWESOME car! Every time I walk away from her and can't help but look back, truly, I bought the right car from the right dealer. More

The Best Experience Ever!!! Buddy is an amazing salesman. He makes it easy and fun. I've never been to such a laid back dealership. Music playing and people laughing.
