Although there was no budging on the price (like absolutely none) on the vehicle they made up for that by finding us a lender that offered us a better interest rate than the arrangements we walked on to the lot with. Majority of the staff were young and very focused on customer service. The finance staff took the effort to explain in detail my options which was also appreciated. Jacob even offered and went out of his way to find me a charger for my cell so i didnt have to drive back to Topeka with a dead battery. Sloane was helpful also. More

No one was trying to convince you in to anything other than what you really want. Still had the wheeling/dealing on the trade, but that's to be expected as they did tried to work with us to get us in the vehicle close to the price we were shooting for. The Finance guy was amazing and so friendly. He worked with us to get a better rate than what we were expecting. We had no intention of driving away that day with a newer vehicle (was just looking), but they got us in our new vehicle for the drive home. They even sent out a driver out to our place the next working day to pick a few items up needed to close the deal, in place of us making another trip out there (it was 1 hr drive. . . .each way). We were very appreciative of that. They do go the 'extra' distance to help you out. Only not so positive thing, need to work on the detailing. (I might just have higher expectations on what I called 'Detailed' when you pick up the vehicle.) Overall . . .very satisfied with this dealership!!! More
