New Customer for Life I have been a Thoroughbred Ford customer for the last ten years and have used the same salesman for the last five. We purchased 2 newer cars for two I have been a Thoroughbred Ford customer for the last ten years and have used the same salesman for the last five. We purchased 2 newer cars for two of our children in the last three months from Thoroughbred Ford and experienced poor service from the service department during the delivery process on the last one. The sales person did not follow manage the deal from cradle to grave and they have now lost my business. They also made a point every time I purchased a car and brought up Zeck Ford's aggressive pricing, to bad mouth Zeck and their product. While doing so, they most generally lowered their pricing. I recently had a job change and needed to buy a company car and Zeck was my first choice. I picked out a few cars via the internet and submitted a financing request. Within 15 minutes Jeffrey Bowlin emailed me and started the process. He had me pre-approved and we set an appointment up to go look at the vehicles I had chosen. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by another salesman who called Jeff. We were very impressed with the upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Jeffrey Bowlin was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable of his product. He went above and beyond to make sure we selected the vehicle that made us the happiest.
