I came in for routine maintenance and mentioned that I had a headlight out. The Service Advisor , Danny Scanlon, understood my issue and pulled out the bulb, which requirers a touch and feel to locate and extract, and checked to ensure the bulb was defective not wiring or the headlight assembly. This was accomplished in a matter of minutes. His professional expertise with parts and testing of a component gave me confidence that my problem was identified and the correct part was replaced in a very timely manner. When the inspection and service was completed by the maintenance staff I felt very confident that all the work was done in a very professional manner!! More
