Cullen was a very pleasant young guy and was eager to help us find the options we wanted, but not pay for options that we didn't really think we needed. We came in prepared to spend almost $21,000 and found what we really wanted for just under $17,000!! A salesman at another dealership would have automatically steered us toward the more expensive car, because that is human nature.
