After submitting a request on the website we kept in touch with Cullen for a few months before making an appointment to meet. He was always very quick to respond, provided great information and never made us feel pressured. The experience was the same when we met at the dealership - very professional and really knew his stuff. He really made buying a truck super easy and not stressful at all. We really like the no hassle pricing and straightforward process at Zeck. Even after we purchased the truck, Cullen checked in to make sure we received our paperwork in the mail. He also was very quick to fix a couple hail dings we overlooked at the dealership. That's the only downside from buying a truck with it's already dark outside but they make it right!
