Made the drive to Leavenworth, and was so pleasantly surprised......no smarmy men in plaid sports coats came oiling over to take my money, no intimidating surroundings, no secrets and no sneaking. I felt as though I knew exactly where we were at each step of the process. I didn't hesitate to ask questions and no one blinked as they supplied the answers. It was entirely a team experience: my salesman, his manager, the finance team, the porters who did the leg work, the receptionist who greeted us -- everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.
