Pleasant Experience I haven't purchased a car in almost 10 years, partly because I wasn't looking forward to the experience that typically comes with car shopping. Being 6 months pregnant, I was not in the mood to be haggled or pestered, and I didn't want to be at a dealership for an entire day trying to close a deal. We needed a larger car for our growing family, and I'm so glad we went out to Zek to get the job done. Sloan listened to all of our wants and needs before helping us narrow down the right car. Sloan was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He was honest about the condition and history of other cars we seemed interested in, so it really helped us narrow our search. We only ended up test driving one vehicle, and it was the perfect fit. He also couldn't find a "runner" when it came time to test drive, so he went to get the car himself and stood out in the cold / freezing rain to de-ice the car before our test drive. What a guy. Sloan also listened to some of the things we mentioned (like needing to get all weather floor mats and an up to date navigation card) and he was able to get us some right on the spot! Sloan and all the staff at Zek really changed my perception of the car buying experience. It was relaxed, understandable, no pressure, and pleasant. More

This dealership is busy and they seem to handle the high traffic very well. Gavin was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. I wanted to finance with my local bank, so Zeck let me put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it for me and I purchased the following Monday. I enjoyed my experience at Zeck. After we purchased our car, the detail group found a flaw with the vehicle we had not notice and might not have noticed for some time to come. They told us they would gladly drive over an hour to our house to complete the repair on the car so we would not need to come back later. Great group, great car, couldn't be happier. More
