2011 Jeep Wrangler done research on line, before looking at any dealers. I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler at a couple of Jeep dealers. On my way home, I drove b done research on line, before looking at any dealers. I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler at a couple of Jeep dealers. On my way home, I drove by your dealership & there it was. Just what I wanted. I got on line to set up an appointment to test drive the Jeep. I had missed a call from the dealership, so I went down to talk them. When I got there, I was approached by a nice young man, named, Tyler. He took me to look at the Jeep & then we took it for a drive. He was so nice & trying to help me to decide what I should do. I got to test drive the Jeep over the weekend, before I decided that this is what I wanted. He was not pushy like some of the other dealers, which I had to deal with earlier that day. If he couldn't answer any of my questions, he would find out. He had explained that he was new at this job. He has still been checking in with me, to see if I'm still pleased with my Jeep. I love it & I have been telling everyone what good of a deal I got at Zeck Ford. I even told my friend, to ask for Tyler. When I pointed out about a small leak around the transmission pan, they fixed it, cleaned inside & out, before I picked it up! More
