I looked and found that everyone that was test driving a car ended up buying one that same day too. We were the last ones to leave and never felt rushed. At other dealerships, the feeling is sometimes you get assigned a vehicle because they want to get it off the lot. But at the consultant's desk, they share total PCmonitor view with you. Really took guess work out of it as images, specs and stats of inventory are a keystroke away. Kenny dealt with my brother and I, treating us both as if we were in the market. He divided his time evenly. Everyone is cheerful but laid back. Kenny stayed over an hour past closing on a Saturday. And since I hadn't decided and wanted to think about it for 36 hours, he supplied me color detailed print outs of the two vehicles I was torn between. I had a tow package put onto the vehicle I week after the sale. Kenny called and reminded me to allow him to schedule the time and had Rick/Rusty (can't recall which one) pick up my vehicle and leave me a loaner. If anything changed, parts or availability, Kenny would keep me informed and up to date via text, which is great for me. The dude in finance was really to the point and through, he dealt with question from me and my buddy Amanda who drove me up to get the car the following Monday. Then John (quality process fellow) as really patient and kind. And if anyone didn't have the true answer to the question, they asked for help from their coworkers. Exceptions are set accordingly. Never disappointed I've bought 2 vehicles here now, one in 2009 and one now. The experiences have been great, and consistent. I decided to look around, and did not find the quality of service, or quality or car for the price anywhere else (not even close). The salesmen are not pushy, and the cars are priced to sell.
