O My husband and I recently visited Zeck Ford in Leavenworth Kansas. We were dreading the car buying process and had put it off for a couple of weeks. Our first stop , before we started to visit the dealerships out of town on our list, was Zeck Ford. This ended our day of shopping. They had numerous cars that we were interested in. The prices were great and Rick was great to work with. I do not like the drawn out process of car buying and this time it was as short as it could be. Rick is very informative and knows the cars!!! We are so happy with everything!!! They went above and beyond to make this chore a pleasure. Keep up the good work Zeck Ford!!!! More

Awesome Experience! I was dreading the car buying process completely for multiple reasons. I hate the run around that "most" car dealerships give you, the back and forth I was dreading the car buying process completely for multiple reasons. I hate the run around that "most" car dealerships give you, the back and forth, the waiting etc. I also, was worried as a single female client, that I might be taken advantage of, or that they would blow off my concerns etc. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but had it narrowed down. After test driving a couple, I came up with my "unicorn" vehicle. A SUV with a long list of certain options, color packages etc, that I thought was going to be nearly impossible to find, a unicorn. After driving a few at Zeck, and not loving the ones they had to offer at the time, I searched all of KC for my unicorn car. Throughout the process, I dealt with many sleazy car salesmen, all while Hunter kept in touch and assured me he was still searching for my perfect car and not to give up or settle. After exhausting all of my options in the City and starting to think my vehicle did not exist, Hunter found my unicorn. Hunter Martin was extremely professional, patient, persistent, and made my car buying experience fun! In addition, my interactions with Brendan Dow and Dave Twitty were also great! I have a very random schedule, and had short windows of time, their entire team made sure my paperwork and final sales process was quick and seamless! I was very impressed with the entire Zeck experience and will be back for my next vehicle, along with referring all my friends and family! More

Smooth and Painless!!! Although I was unable to be present for a majority of the process my fiancé was able to facilitate. The sales staff made sure however, that because I was the primary driver of the vehicle, that I was the one reviewing and receiving the paperwork. They also insisted I come out for what they called "delivery of the vehicle.' This was extremely helpful and they made sure I understood how to operate the technology inside the vehicle. They asked me several times if I had questions or concerns and when I didn't they made sure I knew how to contact them when I did. This was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I had purchased my last 3 vehicles from the same dealership but It was always a tug of war between what they offered and what I felt I needed. The "NO HAGGLE" approach here at Zeck is AWESOME!!! I've had two other family members purchase from them as well, and will gladly send others their way. More
