Firstly we walked in expecting to be approached by suits and overly aggressive salesm So let me tell you about Zeck Ford and our experience with Mark. Firstly we walked in expecting to be approached by suits and overly aggressive salesmen, because that's what you expect from car dealerships. To our surprise, this was not the case, not even close. We were introduced to Mark right away, he asked us what we were looking for and told us what we could expect from Zeck Ford. Mark showed us the car we were curious about and answered all our questions. Three days later my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to pull the trigger and we showed back up at Mark's desk and began the process of purchasing a brand new Ford Edge. I was really impressed with how Mark and the other sales Managers went out of their way and did everything they could do to make this work for us. The customer service was absolutely impeccable. Additionally, buying a car is a huge commitment and I loved the organizational environment that Zeck Ford has created. The employees not being in suits and not being overly aggressive really helped alleviate the stress and anxiety of making such a large purchase.
