I found a car on line on a Sunday, emailed the dealer through the website, and I had a response the next day. I was in a hurry, trying to shop for a car before kids out of school, so I ran to the dealer and the car I was looking for was out and ready to go, thanks to Buddy. The car was as expected and matched the photos on line. There were a good number of photos, which I like. Sometimes cars look worse in person, this one did not. They let me take the car for a test drive. I knew I wanted to have a mechanic look at it so I told them it might be a couple of hours and that was no problem. My mechanic at Dave's said this car looked and drove like brand new, even though it was a 2012. Impressive. It turned out to be 5 hours later before I returned to the dealership because everything else that day took longer than expected then I had to pick up the kids from school. Buddy, my salesman, was very kind and understanding. By the time I got back to the dealership I knew I wanted this car, even though there was a similar make and model at another dealership. I really liked the friendly upbeat, energetic atmosphere of this dealership, even though it was quite a bit farther and out of my way. Several people asked me if I had been helped while I was waiting, and it seemed everyone always had a smile on their face. I was then asked by I'm assuming the owner of the place how my experience was, etc, so he really seemed to care. This was an overall painless, almost enjoyable, car buying experience. Once the decision to buy was made, I was in and out the dealership very quickly, unlike previous experiences at other dealerships. I highly recommend checking out Zeck Ford for your future new or used vehicle. More

The next day she had to work so I came back with my other half and we finished it and picked it up for her.
