Rick referred me to a 2014 Ford Fiesta and since it only had 32,000 miles on it, I was still able to purchase an extended warranty. I told them that I only had a few hours (I didn't actually intend to buy the car at this time) because I had to go to work and they told me that they could get all of the paperwork done and get me on the road before I had to leave for work. I was a little paranoid about being late but they got me on the road before I had to go to work. I would recommend this dealer because they were helpful and very friendly. More

Great vehicles, great prices, but even better service. I looked at around 60-70 2012 Gray Ford Escapes in a two month span. A few caught my eye, but the one at Zeck was a no-brainer. Excellent shape, great features, and an amazing price. Most vehicles I researched were between $1500-$2500 below Nada guide retail. The one at Zeck ended up being over $4000 below Nada guide retail--and was still the best vehicle in terms of cosmetic condition and features. When I talked to my salesperson Jason on the phone, I said I was willing to pay the listed price of $14993; the next day when I called for a purchase agreement--the price actually was reduced to $14485. Jason gave me that price. I appreciate his integrity and the integrity of Zeck Ford. In my experience that kind of integrity might be hard-pressed to find. Jason also took some time and made a video of the exterior and interior of the vehicle and sent it to me. Jason and Zeck Ford were very transparent when talking about the vehicle and disclosing its specifics. I flew from Green Bay, WI to Kansas City to purchase the vehicle. I was personally picked up and greeted at the airport by Mark, employed by Zeck Ford. Mark seemed like a great guy--and made the trip to the dealership relaxed and comfortable. We talked the whole time. When I was greeted by Jason, really outgoing guy, immediately made the experience comfortable. The vehicle looked better in person than it did in the pictures--rare for a used vehicle. We went for a test drive; the vehicle drove great--more of a formality than anything. Jason was really helpful--in every capacity. He Sync'd my phone to the vehicle, demonstrated all the features. Was very clear and direct in the entire purchasing process, but still very friendly. Before I left for my long drive home he even suggested we set up a 2 month free trial of Sirius radio so I can I have that on the way home. I dealt with multiple dealerships in the past couple months trying to find the vehicle I wanted. I was very specific and knew what I wanted--most of them were disappointing; and most salesman were your typical salesman giving their typical speech. Jason didn't come across that way, honestly was the best salesman I've ever worked with. There wasn't a detail that wasn't addressed, or a question that wasn't answered. Living in Green Bay and flying to Kansas City to get the vehicle I chose is quite a trip. But Zeck Ford had the best vehicle that I saw, and wanted, at the best deal I could find out of all the vehicles I looked at that spanned the whole U.S. I drove it back from Leavenworth, KS to Green Bay, WI (640mi); and it drove perfect. I couldn't be more happy with the vehicle I purchased. More

The dealership and our representative Shawn were transparent and honest with all disclosure. The price for the vehicle was fair. Add on options were offered to us but not "pushed", we chose some of the additional options. Overall this was a great experience, a true departure from the typical "what's it gonna take to get you into a vehicle today" attitude, Great job Zeck! More

Great personality though. Rick was very helpful in explaining all the gadgets on the new truck. I will definitely recommend this dealership. I live in at Joseph Missouri three miles from a very large ford dealership. They cannot hold a candle to this place in my opinion. Never got that feeling there in St joe that the employees truly wanted to help me. They weren't horrible. Just not sincere. More
