Reeked of Customer Service This was our first experience with ZeckFord and I absolutely recommend them. We did a ton of online shopping, I knew exactly what I wanted. The sexy convenience of a 2014 black Town & Country minivan with leather! They had two we wanted to look at - but an incredible selection of all sorts of vehicles! We drove 45-minutes & had our 7 & 10 year old girls with us, whom they catered to, as well. The place was uber friendly & reeked of top-notch customer service. Fran Weis offered us a seat & drinks, and happily got the vans we wanted to see from a field of mud since it had been pouring earlier that week so we could see them side by side. We test drove one, looked them both over, and signed the dotted line, so to speak. During the paperwork bit, the receptionist even turned the tv to Disney for the girls! It was a fairly fast, friendly deal! Fran was easy to work with, had a constant smile, and this ranks up to one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had!!! More
