I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and bought my car in less than an hour. Even better was Jason spending another hour setting up my phone, navigation destinations, seat memory, favorite stations, etc and showing me all the features before I drove off. I drove away feeling that this was really "my car" and not spending a week reading an owner's manual to figure everything out! More
