Don't expect much after the sale I bought a 2013 Ford C-max Hybrid in Feb 2014 at Zeck ford. The car itself seems to have been a pretty good deal and I am mostly happy with the vehicl I bought a 2013 Ford C-max Hybrid in Feb 2014 at Zeck ford. The car itself seems to have been a pretty good deal and I am mostly happy with the vehicle. One minor thing that annoyed me is it still had the original window sticker on the car that said the car gets 47MPH. After buying the car I was getting closer to 42MPH and found out that Ford had actually lowered the estimated MPH on this car after being sued. No one told me these facts when I purchased the car. When purchasing the car a fast talking finance guy sold me an extended service contract. I don't remember this guys name and a couple of weeks later he wasn't working there any longer. When I got home and had time to look over the paper work I decided to cancel the extended service contract. I called the very next day but the finance guy was not working that day. I called again the next day and told him I wanted to cancel the contract. He said no problem except the paper work had already been processed so they could not just reduce it from the financed amount and reduce my payment. If only I had contacted the day before he said. Of course, I reminded him that I did call the day before but he was not working. So my payment would have to stay the same and they would have the money deducted from what I owed on the car. About a month later part of the money was reduced from the total I owed, but there was still almost $2000.00 that had not been deducted yet. When it still had not been deducted in April I contact Chris the finance manger to see what was going on. He didn't really have an answer for why it was so delayed but assured me that the matter would be resolved by early May. Now it's mid June and the matter has still not been resolved. I went on the website to get the phone number and was invited by the live chat window to allow them to help me. I explained the issue to Charmaine. She took my name, number and email address and said someone would contact me. A week later no one called me. Back to the website I go to get the phone number and again the live chat box popped up asking if they could help me. This time I explained the issue to Roman and told him to just give me the number to call so I wouldn't have to wait for the call that never comes. He gave me the number and also took my name, number and email address again so someone would contact me. I called Zeck and asked for the finance manger. I was told he was not working today so I left him a message. This place is very friendly and all smiles when they are trying to sell you a call, don't expect the same treatment if you have a problem after the sale and need help. More

2nd Time's A Charm! In August of 2013, my fiance and I happened to come across Zeck Ford. We ended up leaving with exactly what we were looking for, and his dream car...a In August of 2013, my fiance and I happened to come across Zeck Ford. We ended up leaving with exactly what we were looking for, and his dream car...a 2013 Mustang GT. In hindsight, everything seemed entirely too good to be true. Jeffrey was honest, Jeffrey was fair, Jeffrey didn't try to sell us a car we didn't want. Like I said, I thought it was too good to be true. Recently, I was in the market for a newer vehicle for my growing family. I had my eyes on an Escape. I had Zack Ford in the back of my mind, but thought "there's no way I'm going to score there again..." so I shopped around. I tried other local dealerships, I even tried CarMax. Every single time, I had salespeople telling me that I should look at a different vehicle. Every dealership tried to sell me a car I didn't want. One recent Friday, I got in the Zeck Ford website, found the car I wanted, and contacted Jeffrey. We took took care of the financing and questions via email and a few phone calls that day. The next Saturday morning, I showed up with up my tradein, and drove off in the nicest car I have ever had. Jeffrey never once tried to talk me into something else. Sorry Zeck, and my apologies Jeffrey, but you have a customer for life now. I've been telling everyone I know about the amazing atmosphere, quality salesman, especially Jeffrey, incredible deals, and no hassling good time to be had making what is normally a stressful purchase. Jeffrey, you really made a difference and for you I am truly thankful!!! More

Amazing, Laid back buying experience! I worked with Jace Grabouski recently, and he made my buying experience great. Immediately when you walk in, you notice how laid back the atmosphere i I worked with Jace Grabouski recently, and he made my buying experience great. Immediately when you walk in, you notice how laid back the atmosphere is. I wasn't immediately approached by anyone after getting out my car, like usual dealers who smother you within seconds. After walking into the sales department, you realize everyone is relaxed, and not pushy what so ever. I managed to trade a used vehicle in for a brand new vehicle for a deal that seemed fair and acceptable to me. I enjoyed my experience, and would recommend this place to everyone. Prices are by far the lowest of any Ford dealership I've been to. More
