Not very helpful. Found her to be rather rude and snobby..Neither her or the mechanic informed it was an all day process until two hours into the download /upgrade on Found her to be rather rude and snobby..Neither her or the mechanic informed it was an all day process until two hours into the download /upgrade on the modem. Plus she didn’t make sure that the remote start worked properly before I left for home on my phone app.She like hurried me out the door rather, and told me to answer the prompts on the dash display myself! Hope I can figure it all out! Needless to say… not very pleased with this visit!!! From 10 am appointment time until 4pm I waited. Least the Popcorn was tasty! More
