I cannot say enough positive words about this dealership. I am on my third vehicle from there and each time I have upgraded immensely. The "dealer for the people" phrase they use is greatly accentuated by sa I am on my third vehicle from there and each time I have upgraded immensely. The "dealer for the people" phrase they use is greatly accentuated by salesmen like Dakota, who I was fortunate enough to work with. I went in for a service on my truck and decided to trade in my truck to them to see what I could get into (not expecting much). The team got me into a vehicle MUCH MUCH nicer than I had imagined and I still had managed to save money compared to my last vehicle. This team stands by everything they advertise in the cheesy commercial and I would strongly recommend giving the Zumbrota Ford a go. They are excellent everywhere from service to sales to customer service. Again, big shoutout to my salesmen Dakota, and the finance/management people who worked with me, Brandon and Tim. I will be a lifelong customer because of you all. Thank you! More

The sales people ,(adam) and the service department (Theresa and nick) were very helpful in our new car purchase, we had alot of issues from the start and the manager wasn't willing to admit the issue (Theresa and nick) were very helpful in our new car purchase, we had alot of issues from the start and the manager wasn't willing to admit the issues and take responsibility for the problems, if it wasn't for the kind and understanding people that helped us we would hq e walked away when we had a chance .if u asked us abt buying another vehicle from here ,I'd have to say prob not .when we tried to talk with manager we got alot of excuses but never got answer we wanted ,he never took blame for it but put the blame on out sales person. More
