My car broke down out of town, and as I was waiting for my car to get completed I happened to meet Mr. Brewer outside. I remember seeing him in the service area and was asking some questions about the serv my car to get completed I happened to meet Mr. Brewer outside. I expected a "blah, blah, blah experienced techs...", "yada yada Ford Certified..." - which I got, but he also asked about me! Pretty cool guy, found out he is a singer in a band! I might just plan a trip down that way when I need my next pil change - it made that much of a difference to me. More
