I bought a 2017 Tucson in Sept. 2022. I notice the transmission wasn't shift correctly. Brought it in they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee had.to remind them It was suppose to be 2022. I notice the transmission wasn't shift correctly. Brought it in they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee had.to remind them It was suppose to be looked before we picked the car up. Now I had planned a trip to California. So had get rental car for the tthay spotted rip. This in only bad thing I can complain about. Compliments on the other hand for preinspection finding the brakes needed doing, wipers were replaced and the tire were extremely loud they replaced them with quieter tires. Reasonable and reliable work. More

Ding that occurred at the dealership discussion and its fix was avoided. Lounge a little too small Pleasant workers. Service took longer than expected. Popcorn good. Busiest door across from lounge wa fix was avoided. Lounge a little too small Pleasant workers. Service took longer than expected. Popcorn good. Busiest door across from lounge was distracting. Sales person Anthony was responsive. Service manager spent much time in the large room across from lounge (or in the corridor) considering the fact that there was problem with my service completion and it took a long time. Owner was apologetic - good. The fix of my ding was avoided by everyone. Is it hoped that I will forget? More

Not very helpful. Found her to be rather rude and snobby..Neither her or the mechanic informed it was an all day process until two hours into the download /upgrade on Found her to be rather rude and snobby..Neither her or the mechanic informed it was an all day process until two hours into the download /upgrade on the modem. Plus she didn’t make sure that the remote start worked properly before I left for home on my phone app.She like hurried me out the door rather, and told me to answer the prompts on the dash display myself! Hope I can figure it all out! Needless to say… not very pleased with this visit!!! From 10 am appointment time until 4pm I waited. Least the Popcorn was tasty! More

Recently had an oil change done and they noticed the timing chain cover had a leak, so after checking to see if my warranty would help cover cost set up an appointment to get it done and worked out grea timing chain cover had a leak, so after checking to see if my warranty would help cover cost set up an appointment to get it done and worked out great.
