My 2019 Ford F150 died in the town of Zumbrota. These folks came to my truck and diagnosed that it must be towed to the dealership. They provided me with a loaner truck capable of towing my travel traile folks came to my truck and diagnosed that it must be towed to the dealership. They provided me with a loaner truck capable of towing my travel trailer 75 miles to my home. Truck was repaired quickly and correctly by the next working day. Could not have been more pleased. More

Traveling to Mayo Clinic from the twin Cities , I thought I had a flat tire . I stopped at the dealership which was just off the highway . Dealer personnel were very nice and quickly looked at my tire . They I had a flat tire . I stopped at the dealership which was just off the highway . Dealer personnel were very nice and quickly looked at my tire . They determined it was just low on air . There was no charge which really impressed me . It’s nice that they checked the tire for free and got me quickly back on the road so I didn’t miss my appointment . More

Emergency service repair 80 miles from home. Matt Haas and the team at ZUMBROTA FORD we’re absolutely wonderful when I stopped needing emergency service. The check engine light began to blink off Matt Haas and the team at ZUMBROTA FORD we’re absolutely wonderful when I stopped needing emergency service. The check engine light began to blink off and on about 8 miles out on my FORD TRANSIT 250 so I pulled into the service department when I got there and they were able diagnose the problem right away and make the repair within an hour. Matt Haas kept me informed about what was being done and I am extremely great full for the quick turnaround. Thank you so so much for the wonderful experience. More

Customer I've been a customer at Zumbrota Ford since 2016. I had a run in with my beloved PT Cruiser which was declared totaled. I needed a car by Monday morni I've been a customer at Zumbrota Ford since 2016. I had a run in with my beloved PT Cruiser which was declared totaled. I needed a car by Monday morning. The sales rep we met at ZF listened to my needs, specifically an automobile that was easily accessible for me with my physical challenges and within a budget allowance. He picked three cars for us to test drive, all met the basic requirements. He didn't just hop us around from one car to another, especially ones not in our budget margins. I purchased a Kia Soul that day. Tim and his crew have taken good care of maintenance and repairs since purchase, going above and beyond to make the customer experience exceptional. They are very accommodating for me, my schedule and always make car care easy. I couldn't ask for better individual customer service than the staff at ZF provide. Thanks, ZF! More
