I chose to take my Nissan to Zumbrota Ford because I have known Theresa for 25 years, and I felt that I would get honesty and a resolution to a noise in the front suspension area, that a former shop failed t known Theresa for 25 years, and I felt that I would get honesty and a resolution to a noise in the front suspension area, that a former shop failed to diagnose and sold me a “solution” they claimed was my problem. After giving all the information that I knew about the car (parts replaced and when) , Tyler was able to determine that it was my upper strut bearings that were worn out already (gravel roads). Hi, My name is Brenda H. I came into get an oil change yesterday May 20,2020. First of all, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by Theresa right when I walked in the door.😊 She took my name yesterday May 20,2020. First of all, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by Theresa right when I walked in the door.😊 She took my name and keys and then looked me up and couldn't find my Chevy Traverse that I purchased in the system. She found my other vechile I purchased through there. She went in the system and updated all the information. She was busy helping others and answering phone calls and she still took time to answer my questions. I had went to tell her about my burnt out for my left blinker and Tim had said already taken care of😊 I also asked about trying to add my phone to this car do I could use this feature. This was a used car and the previous owners never took there numbers out of the system and it was at max capacity for phone numbers. She apologized and said she is familiar with Fords, but she suggested right away I call Groover they are a Chevy dealership and they would be happy to help me. Then when it came time to check out Tim was Happy to Assist me, because Theresa was assisting another customer that came in and answering the phone. Tim was very friendly and also greeted me with a smile. He took time to explain the work that was done and let me know everything was good on the car. Tim Brewer has been nothing short of amazing. Always there with a smile and a friendly hello. Goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is running right. I had to have a few things repaired on my vehicle, he made sure I had a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop and kept me informed every step of the way. I even had an unexpected repair that needed to be done. By then it was all becoming a bit overwhelming. He reassured me that they would help me anyway they can. Being a sales person myself--- I thought ok.... sure in my head as he was saying that over the phone but when he said that he just wants to make sure this is the safest vehicle for my son and I to be in, thats when I knew that they are not just in it a buck that they really do care. I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else. This is a dealership you can trust. Thanks Tim!! More
