Answer to a prayer I met Theresa Oitker at a birthday party a few days after I attempted to get a return call from the Honda dealership in Rochester. (As of today, Garre I met Theresa Oitker at a birthday party a few days after I attempted to get a return call from the Honda dealership in Rochester. (As of today, Garrett Griffin from Tom Kadlec has still not returned my message.) I learned she was a service consultant at Zumbrota Ford, I told her my situation and the possible repairs my Honda needed. Theresa was very willing to have me bring my Honda into Zumbrota Ford. The next day, I called Theresa, scheduled an appointment. Theresa followed through and always let me know what was happening. Theresa offered me a refreshment as I sat down, she made sure to make me feel welcome at Zumbrota Ford. After my Honda had the repairs, Theresa went to the parking lot and brought me my vehicle. I told Theresa she was “an answer to my prayers”. (I told Theresa of my experience at Tom Kadlec when my other Honda had a recall, I was handed my keys and sent to walk through 3 rows of cars in the rain, and I finally went back to the service desk and they had pointed me in the wrong direction and yet the Tom Kadlec person still did not assist me in getting my vehicle) I have found someone that will help me with my car needs and actually listen to me!. On our way out of Rochester taking Highway 52 my friend and I pulled over and noticed smoke coming from the rear end of my car. I had recently changed my breaks and rosters and called the local mechanic to and I pulled over and noticed smoke coming from the rear end of my car. I had recently changed my breaks and rosters and called the local mechanic to see what the issue may have been. I was told my caliber may have been misaligned causing heat from the friction. When I came into Zumbrota Ford I was treated by Theresa who had her mechanics take it in and look at it right away. They were extremely personable and friendly. They even offered to fix the other guys mistake! I will never go anywhere but Ford and a quick lane again for my cars needs! Cheaper is not always better More
