New Battery in no time. The Zumbrota Ford Quick Lane has the best service! I recently had a bad battery and my car wouldn't start. Once I got it started I went right to Zum The Zumbrota Ford Quick Lane has the best service! I recently had a bad battery and my car wouldn't start. Once I got it started I went right to Zumbrota Ford. They tested my old battery (which was bad) and helped me select a new one and got my on my way to work quickly. I was even able to use my Quick Lane rewards and get a rebate! Their awesome service turned a bad day into a good day again! More

Shout out to the Zumbrota Ford crew! I recieved a notification in my Ford Pass app, stating there was a recall on my 2019 Fusion. I called Zumbrota Ford and was scheduled for service right away notification in my Ford Pass app, stating there was a recall on my 2019 Fusion. I called Zumbrota Ford and was scheduled for service right away. Tim welcomed me when I pulled up and led me to the service lane where the recall was to be addressed. Bud got me checked in and I was able to relax in their lounge. About an hour later, i was on my way again. Bud and Tim are always very professional and willing to help me understand what is being done with my vehicle. Thanks again! More

We stepped out of our parked car and headed to the door, we didn’t know which door. Conveniently enough there was a team member walking in and assisted us with the correct door for our visit (also held the we didn’t know which door. I vividly remember him telling us that we were going to be in great hands with Theresa and he was right about that! Theresa treated us with the best hospitality while checking our car in for replacement parts. Speedy and sweet. She made us feel a part of the zumbrota ford family. The next day we received a courtesy call that our vehicle was completed and to our surprise there was Theresa again to assist us. While this was the first time we had to bring our car in for something like this we would surely be comfortable bringing our car back in the future knowing we would have another warm welcome from Theresa. She’s the best! More
