I limped the truck to there dealer ship and he had Tony hook the computer up to the truck and found out that the pedal had failed, so we cleared the code and tested the resistance on the pedal and it was good enough to get me back to Lacrosse sense the pedals are normally not in stock. was in and out of the shop in 15mins tops. great group of guys there More

Take care of their Customers. I purchased my vehicle in early November and in early December it needed repair. I had purchased a warranty but no towing coverage. Being days before I purchased my vehicle in early November and in early December it needed repair. I had purchased a warranty but no towing coverage. Being days before Christmas I was stressed. I called Z Ford and was transferred to Bud. He was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and gave me the # for the towing company to get it out there. I am in Rochester and was pretty scared of the tow cost to get it out there. I debated taking it to another, closer dealership. I called Bud back and shared my thoughts, he said again that they wanted to take care of me. He understood that this was a recent purchase. And they did take care of it all! My car arrived in the shop at 440p yesterday and was done by 1030am this morning. He even offered to have it delivered back to me. It's this type of service, after the sale, that really anchors a customer to a business. I cannot express how grateful I am to Bud and Z Ford!! More
