First, the mechanic, Matt H, has always been a terrific person to work with; very courteous and a good listener. Sheri was a Godsent on assisting me by taking great notes regarding the situation and assisting in my ability to have a perfect summary on all vehicles, etc when I was ready to make a decision. Brian W. was helpful in explaining and exploring my financial options. The staff are all very helpful when I call, stop in, ….: I chose to drive an hour and a half to Zumbrota Ford instead of the Ford dealer ship I can drive to in minutes due to the continued negative experiences over many years. A Nice Surprise. I came into the service lane for a repair. I am not a car person by any means and was concerned about the cost of repairs. Sheri was in the service lane and seemed genuinely concerned and interested in helping. I didn't even know she was in sales until she handed me her card, but I was glad that she was there. I left with a brand new car and a warranty that makes my pocket book happy. I am on a fixed income and I don't have a lot of extra. Sheri lowered my payment and helped me get a great warranty. I am so thankful she stopped into the service center to introduce herself. She was a nice surprise! More

Oil change Derreck went above and beyond and out of his way to take care of us with servicing our vehicle. He even went as far as picking it up from our home, dr Derreck went above and beyond and out of his way to take care of us with servicing our vehicle. He even went as far as picking it up from our home, driving it to the quick lane and then bringing it back home once the work was complete. We will continue using Zumbrota Ford for our service work. Needes Help I bought my car almost a year ago. I love my car. So I called to see what they could do to help me pay for my car. So they offer to get me a newer car I bought my car almost a year ago. I love my car. So I called to see what they could do to help me pay for my car. So they offer to get me a newer car but there was a road block. I needed a cosigner due to my loan being still new. So they took my husband and I back to see if they could look at it. Got a call and it was the hydro booster on my l breaks. I find it odd for a 2012 that part is no good. And now i have to pay $845 plus labor money that i dont have. I had to push back all my bill to a different date just to try to pay for my car repair. Top it off i have to try to catch up with my bills because of this repair. I did not get help at all!! I got a car with so many issues!! But I do have to have to say the dealer i had was very nice. Giffin i think that was his name!! More
