It is just sad that a dealership could have a customer that admired and trusted you all so much. That you could treat that same customer so bad that they are truly hurt that someone they trusted and thought they had found their forever car dealership. Could treat them so bad that they will NEVER be back and tell everyone that they know that is even thinking about buying a car or SUV to go somewhere else and not buy at Moses Auto Mall in Huntington WV. Because they DO NOT care about the customers once the purchase is made. Their favorite thing to say to their customer that they sell bad cars to, is "We didn’t make that car" we just sold it to you. Someone was supposed to get back to me after someone from the factory visited them on a Monday to tell me what they could do to make up to me for my experience. But no one even got back to me to say anything. I waited another week, so i knew i had been lied to again. So i went to Lexus and traded that LEMON '26 Terrian off and got a '25 Lexus. Finally a dealer who cared about me, and great service after the sale.
