I am very happy with Moss Bros. Service Dept. I had to bring my car in (by appt.) to get my front suspension worked on. I live over 45 miles away from Moss Bros., so when Ralph noticed that I had come fro bring my car in (by appt.) to get my front suspension worked on. I did have a slight problem when it came to my warranty but Wendell Wright was prompt to respond to the issue. Wendell went over and beyond to make things right. Wendell is awesome and very professional. I love Moss Bros. and recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new/pre-owned vehicle or needs repairs, to first go to Moss Bros. Before purchasing my pre-owned vehicle I went to 7 other dealerships, I'm so glad I found what I wanted and more from Moss Bros. More

Got switched and bated. Didn't really mind because I got a few more car options than I was looking for. Dealership was able to get me financed even though I filed bankruptcy last year. Now the down side, 4 days after driving off the lot, front suspension started making terrible noise. Have not made my first payment on "certified" used car yet and I'm on my second trip here to get repairs on suspension, $ 100 dollar deductible each visit. More

Everyone at Moss Bros. were very warm, professional and hospitiable. They had an answer for every question I had. Ralph kept us informed of the service on our vehicle all along the way. What they promised, they delivered on. We dropped off our vehicle & Ralph gave us an estimate. Later he called to include all the work we requested that be done. Everything we addressed in the initial drop off they managed to correct on the first try. We did not need to bring the vehicle back for a second try. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion. One part had to be ordered that was in stock by the next day. We will definitely be taking all our GM vehicles there. More

From start to finish when I had a service call I recieved prompt service calls from the agent at Moss Bros. and they assisted me in finding a time that worked for me to brng my car in. The dealership upon arrival was clean and the service attendant/agent met me with courtesy and we went over what was to be done an an estimate of time that it would take and he asked me up fron if I would need a courtesy shuttle or if I desired to stay and wait. Overall as all service times go I am a realist and I was very pleased with the time that it took. The service manage took me to my car and we did na inspection, which I might add I have never had before, great job on the dealership for doing that and I would hope that is standard everytime. It gave me a great sense of satisfaction that I was coming to a dealership that really cares. Very please and look forward to return visits if the need should arise. More

We wanted to buy a 2011 Traverse and since we live in town we wanted to buy locally. We got a price quote over email and I actuaaly stopped into a different dealer on my way home from work to compare and town we wanted to buy locally. I didnt like the way the other dealer treated me, they wanted to run my credit when I asked about price. So on my my way home from there, I got a call from Moss Chevrolet (Moreno Valley Chevy) and they said that they has a 2011 Traverse going on sale that weekend. So my wife and I stopped in and talked with Charlie and drove away in the Traverse. Very easy and Charlie is a great Guy. More

Awesome! I went to two other dealer ships in So. Cal and they did not want to work with me on my trade in. Moss Bros. gave me what I wanted on my trade in site unscene for my Mazada. The price for my 2011 C they did not want to work with me on my trade in. Moss Bros. gave me what I wanted on my trade in site unscene for my Mazada. The price for my 2011 Camaro was the best price I could find. I do not want to say what say the name of the other dealership, but it was in Ontario, CA. They were terrible very rude and did not want to work with me. I bought the Camaro in December 2010 and since then I have been in for service. Customer service was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on having some up-grades done on my Camaro and I will have it done at Moss Bros. I would highly recomend Moss Bros to family and friends. AAA+++ More

Your staff members are absolutely wonderful. That is very important that they acknoledge your precense and you know that they will help you as soon as they are done with the other customers. The service was performed withing the time scheduled and when you are waiting in the lounge time is of essence. All staff members were very helpful, professional, and work very hard to do the best job possible. The only thing that could use improvment is the waiting area. Perhaps a larger room could be designated for the waiting area and having internet available for the customers to use while they wait for their vehicles. Some of us must do work or other business and having the internet available for our laptops would be just one more wonderful thing added to your good service that you already provide. We have been a loyal customer for 8 years with the previous Chevy dealership and hoped that Moss Bros. would continue the quality service we always received.
