In and out in one hour, a new record for me. I usually wait for my car when it is being serviced. This generally takes two hours or more, this time it was only an hour. 4-Wheel Drive Service I needed to get my Jeep serviced before vacation. Since this one was a major service, I thought it would be at Moss all day. I had a 9am appointment, I needed to get my Jeep serviced before vacation. Since this one was a major service, I thought it would be at Moss all day. I had a 9am appointment, and after I checked in they immediately took my Jeep back. I went back to work and 3 hours later my Jeep was ready. Moss was efficient, priced right and courteous. I also had a problem with using my debit card for the purchase, even though I was on the phone with the bank. Floyd was very patient. He wanted the sale so badly he even followed me (us, my husband in our rental car and me in the new baby) back to our house in Yucaipa! I also love that my first check-up has already been scheduled.
