The dealership is clean and very modern. Service was very attentive, and easy to talk too. My only surprise was that no coffee service was offered. I have a Kia and my has a Lexus, and befor Service was very attentive, and easy to talk too. My only surprise was that no coffee service was offered. I have a Kia and my has a Lexus, and before the Jeep I had a Chevy Silverado and they all had a free coffee bar. Shame on you for not having one. More
We traveled out to Moreno Valley because it appeared Moss had the most inventory of RAM 1500 Laramie 4 x 4 models. We spent at least 2 hours walking the lot and reviewing all sorts of options before test dr had the most inventory of RAM 1500 Laramie 4 x 4 models. We spent at least 2 hours walking the lot and reviewing all sorts of options before test driving the RAM 1500 Laramie that we would purchase. Everyone was friendly and patient with us. Erick took great care of us thru the decision making and also during the trade in since we did not have our vehicle needed for the trade in. They allowed us to drive home the new vehicle with a 5 day grace period before we could get back with the trade in. They were very accommodating. More
The process of scheduling an appointment was frustrating. My daily and multiple phone calls were not answered (I later learned that the phone system had just switched to a software/online based system). I tried making the appointment through the website, however I did not receive a confirmation that my appointment request was received. Eventually I was able to speak with a rep and learned that my appointment was confirmed. Having said that, once I arrived, the service department staff were friendly and attentive. My service advisor had excellent communication and was attentive. More
