Very new to electric vehicles, not to Jeep products. They had 7 listed online, a few of the Limited and a few of the Launch. I wanted to compare them. When the salesman contacted me, I asked if he had both on his lot and not black and without a red interior. He assured me he would have them. He had the Limited available but not the Launch. The salesman was professional but lacking in ev knowledge. Not helpful! He kept saying that this was the less expensive model. I knew that. I wanted ti feel the difference between 500hp and 600hp plus the amenities. Cooling massage seats,rear wing camara. This is my wife daily driver, so I wanted to show her the difference not just tell her. As we were trying to leave with a new vehicle that we weren't familiar with,the salesman could not answer many questions and had to get the manager that could. This was late Saturday night. Parts depth was closed, set appointment for Monday to pick up charging cord and give them the trades pick slip. We were not set up to charge the vehicle, so our plan was to charge at the dealership so she could drive to work the following day. Our biggest concern with having an plug in EV came to be! We plugged into a charger in the dealerships lot. Salesman says use the other one (they had 2).1 hr later she had 10% charge when it's supposed to take 23 min.to go from 20-80%. That's not a fast charger! We have 1 in the back.They take it in the back,the Owner's vehicle is plugged in. So they do the detail,also scheduled. Finally they try to charge our Jeep and the charger isn't working!How do you sell ev's with this set up!Finally the charger is repaired and they are charging it. Should have taken 20 min max. After another hour we ask about it. The salesman goes to check. It was done, but he plugged it back in because "it was only at 80%, I thought it needed to go to 100%. 6 hours later(a detail, echange paperwork, and 30 min charge),we were on our way home! More
Absolutely the best. I pulled up to the service center and was greeted by Elvira a service advisor. I explained what I needed done and she took notes, and then sugges I pulled up to the service center and was greeted by Elvira a service advisor. I explained what I needed done and she took notes, and then suggested other needed repairs. She got me on the way in no time. During the repair process, she reached out and kept me informed on what was happening and how long it should take. Once completed, she let me know the van was ready and even offered shuttle service. When I arrived there to get the vehicle, they went over the invoice in detail and answered any questions. Overall a great experience. More

My Jeep came back with more problems than it had originally. They refused to take responsibility. We sold it a week later because we could not handle the troubles with the Jeep Cherokee not the Moss originally. They refused to take responsibility. Easy check in at the Moreno Valley store. I was there for a recall. The service write was familiar with it and said they could handle it quickly.
