Recently, we were looking for a vehicle for our son. He had been in an auto accident and his truck was totaled, through no fault of his own. After researching several dealerships in our area (Temecula,CA), had been in an auto accident and his truck was totaled, through no fault of his own. After researching several dealerships in our area (Temecula,CA), and finding the same old thing (rude and pushy sales people) we became frustrated with the process. While looking on the internet I found a 2010 Dodge Calber at Moss Brothers Dodge in Moreno Valley, CA. My wife,son,and I, decided to drive there to check it out. Frankly, we were excepting the same old thing that happens at car dealerships. Surprisingly, that was NOT the case at Moss Brothers. Our salesperson, Richard Chew, went above and beyond to help us find the car we wanted and at a price we could afford. He was helpful in showing us different vehicles and giving us practical suggestions. He really cared about us as a family and not just another sale. He was extermely honest and helpful. He did not pressure us to buy a car, he helped us find the right car. He is what Customer Service is all about. I would recommend Moss Brothers and especially Richard 1000 times. They do what they say they're going to do. PS: The Service Department was great too. (thanks Tawny) More

Great company to do business with. Jony was super as was the finance gentleman. I had a truck and and a sixpac camper along with a tow car to trade in. Jony worked long and har to help me get with what I wa the finance gentleman. I had a truck and and a sixpac camper along with a tow car to trade in. Jony worked long and har to help me get with what I was asking for the three items. I did nt get all that I ask for, but with the the new car reduced and with low jack added, I came away happy. Craig was great , he helped me out when other dealership were giving me the run around on my Dodge Magnum. I will be taking my car there for all my repairs and upkeep on my car.
