DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Totally inept when it comes to customer service. Was sold a truck that didn't exist and after waiting 6 hours, was offered a cheaper truck for the same price. To t when it comes to customer service. Was sold a truck that didn't exist and after waiting 6 hours, was offered a cheaper truck for the same price. To top it off, coming up on two months after the sale with no spare key still. As soon as they get your signature, they treat you like dirt. I have bought 8 vehicles in my past and this was by far the most unpleasant dealership, and I heavily regret giving them my business and wish I could return the truck. Save yourself time and trouble and shop somewhere else. More

Waste of time worst customer service Waste of time I called in for an oil change and was told i didn't need and appointment if i got there by 3;30 well came in on Wednesday about 3:40 wi Waste of time I called in for an oil change and was told i didn't need and appointment if i got there by 3;30 well came in on Wednesday about 3:40 with Mr. ERIK MARTINEZ and he said it was too late, so I decided to make an appointment for Saturday 7:00 am. was told I would be the first car in, it would be ready in 1:30 decent time for an oil change so Erik Martinez asked if i would wait or leave it , I decided to have my son pick me up 6 hrs. Later don't receive any call, so I go in and Erik Martinez sees me and asks me if they had call me, I respond NO. Me leaving it didn't mean I didn't need it, he responded I know what you mean it should be ready and called someone else, Another guy comes well he says it was with the tech so I said 6 hrs. And STILL NOT READY I asked for the manager he said I am the manager Bryan Santoyo so I ask him how much longer, he responds I can get it in and out in 45 min. I said WHAT YOU HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED thats what I made a 7am appointment for VERY VERY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE "WORST CUSTOMER EVER"! More

They will misdiagnose your car or truck to get the most money out of your possible. I went in for a check engine light on a brake sensor which I already had diagnosed. They said I needed a thermostat which I didn't need because my truck was never getting hot. Then tried to charge me $700+ for a $20 part that isn't that hard to put on. Where other shops only charging around $150. I done the repair myself with the help of Auto Zone. Sensor was $19 and took only 10 minutes to repair and everything works great. Do not go to this dealer period. More

In N Out I found the car I wanted on Moss Bros website, arived at the dealership, the car was still available. I waited for the finance dept to do their thing, I found the car I wanted on Moss Bros website, arived at the dealership, the car was still available. I waited for the finance dept to do their thing, and was out of there in 2.h hours. I went at 6pm on a weekday. I have never left any dealership in that short amount pf time. I expected a 3-4 hour wait. And I love my car! Thank u Moss Bros. More
Took care of service issues and called me when completed. Was able to drop off vehicle and get a ride home and back without a problem. Very convenient.
