We provided an authorized estimate at your husband's request for the issues at hand which were extensive and serious repairs which were initiated at another facility. Your husband declined these repairs. You were billed only $600 on October 1, 2013, of the quoted $1129.00 for the work and time that was authorized by your husband to evaluate and address specific repairs. The charges were reduced based on the amount of work actually completed before the vehicle was picked up.
