Update to post: After leaving the review i was given the number to Moss' General Manager, Mr. Allen. I called him and he promptly responded to my call and after speaking to his service team, came up with a fair solution that resulted in my car being repaired today. Although, it saddens me that i had to go through so much to be treated fairly and to have my car fixed, i am grateful to Moss for turning things around and to the Service Manager Tony for apologizing and committing to better communication will be better in the future for their customers. So far the car sounds good and seems to be working just fine. I hope and pray that the engine issues are long behind us and that everyone that goes to Moss can have a good experience the moment they walk through the doors. Thank you Moss for taking care of the service issues with my vehicle and for validating and addressing my concerns.
