Waste of time worst customer service Waste of time I called in for an oil change and was told i didn't need and appointment if i got there by 3;30 well came in on Wednesday about 3:40 wi Waste of time I called in for an oil change and was told i didn't need and appointment if i got there by 3;30 well came in on Wednesday about 3:40 with Mr. ERIK MARTINEZ and he said it was too late, so I decided to make an appointment for Saturday 7:00 am. was told I would be the first car in, it would be ready in 1:30 decent time for an oil change so Erik Martinez asked if i would wait or leave it , I decided to have my son pick me up 6 hrs. Later don't receive any call, so I go in and Erik Martinez sees me and asks me if they had call me, I respond NO. Me leaving it didn't mean I didn't need it, he responded I know what you mean it should be ready and called someone else, Another guy comes well he says it was with the tech so I said 6 hrs. And STILL NOT READY I asked for the manager he said I am the manager Bryan Santoyo so I ask him how much longer, he responds I can get it in and out in 45 min. I said WHAT YOU HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED thats what I made a 7am appointment for VERY VERY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE "WORST CUSTOMER EVER"! More

They will misdiagnose your car or truck to get the most money out of your possible. I went in for a check engine light on a brake sensor which I already had diagnosed. They said I needed a thermostat which I didn't need because my truck was never getting hot. Then tried to charge me $700+ for a $20 part that isn't that hard to put on. Where other shops only charging around $150. I done the repair myself with the help of Auto Zone. Sensor was $19 and took only 10 minutes to repair and everything works great. Do not go to this dealer period. More

SERVICE WAS GREAT Attn to Mr. Moss, and others. I previously wrote a bad review from this dealership. But in no time at all I was contacted by the MGR of the dealershi Attn to Mr. Moss, and others. I previously wrote a bad review from this dealership. But in no time at all I was contacted by the MGR of the dealership and the service MGR. (I wish I remembered the names of both MGRs but I don't. The only name I remember is Josh, but not sure witch MGR he was). After being so angry with the group stating that I would not come back, both MGRs jumped on the horn and gave me a call. They truly listened to my complaints,I was really shocked, I really didn't think I would hear from anyone. But I want you to know that I really appreciated the caring of the MGRs at this dealership, they took the time to hear me out and dealt with the issues. Thank you Mr. Moss for hiring compassionate/caring MGRs. More

Don’t buy used Run fast from here. I bought a 2010 Chevy Impala with just under 51k miles 10 months ago. I also purchased the extended service warranty. The same day Run fast from here. The same day I purchased my vehicle I referral a co-worker who also purchased a vehicle the same day. I brought my vehicle in yesterday because if was leaking some sort of fluid. I find out today its the radiator, thermostat and transmission cooler all need the be replaced for a whooping $1,500 and my extend service warranty doesn't cover any of it. My vehicle has been driven less than 12k miles since purchase and not outside of Riverside County. I called to speak with a Manager and was placed on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. I advised anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle from here not too. There is no way I should have such expensive repairs within less than a year of purchase. Moss Bros refuse to account for any of the repair cost. This isn't normal wear and tear on a vehicle. I was sold a lemon. I've been waiting for the Service Manager to return my call since Monday the 5th of March. I called this morning at 8a and it 1:20 and nothing. More
