This young man started working on the problem right away.Service was closed,and Marvin for approx 45 minutes and working on his own time tried to get it fixed,even taking the whole system apart two times! Their attitudes were great,and they all really cared.I will never be able to thank them enough.What a great Service Team they have. This was my first time at this dealership for service. Everyone was friendly. I was taking my car to the dealership in Corona and the cost was always $100.00 plus. At this dealership my oil change was $19 Everyone was friendly. I was taking my car to the dealership in Corona and the cost was always $100.00 plus. At this dealership my oil change was $19.95 I needed new tires also my total bill for the oil change and tires was $485.00 dollars. When I took my car to Corona they charged me $30.00 to rotate the tires. I asked David how much they would charge if I needed the tires rotated and the cost was zero. My Sebring was making a funny noise in the front end. I was told by another dealer that it would cost me over 300.00 to fix So I brought my car into Moss Bros and spoke to the manager Vicky who told me she was told by another dealer that it would cost me over 300.00 to fix So I brought my car into Moss Bros and spoke to the manager Vicky who told me she would charge me 100.00 to look at it and if I decided on them doing the work she would apply the 100.00 towards repairs Well all it was was a couple loose bolts in front support arms My total bill was only 145.00 so I saved myself over 150.00 by bringing in my car to Vicky I would reccomend this dealer to anyone super honest thanks Vicki Carol More
