Best Service Department in the IE. Unfortunately, my vehicle is not as young as it used to be and needs a visit to the service department for a recharge from time to time. However, the visits are not always negative repairs we all dred. Sometimes its just preventative maintenance. No matter what the issue or repair is, the folks over at Moss Bros. in San Bernardino always treat me as if I just purchased the car yesterday. Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced at other dealers. I had the pleasure of working with Angie on this last visit and she is someone I highly recommend. She is very prompt on updates and truly cares about her customers! I will always recommend Moss! More

Mistreatment I was handed off between 6 different guys after each one saying "let me go talk to my boss." Then when I was told on the phone that I would be called I was handed off between 6 different guys after each one saying "let me go talk to my boss." Then when I was told on the phone that I would be called back in ten minutes, the person never called back. When I called 3 days later to discuss the reason why no one called me back, I was yelled at literally, hung up on to the point of hearing the phone slam shut, and to top it off when I asked why I wasn't called back right after the individual hung up, he said because I was busy. At one point during the meetings when I was there, we were told by the individual we were working with that he will be right back, and some other person came in. When we told this new individual where is the other person and that we wanted his card, he simply got up, closed his file and walked out. If you want to be treated with respect, and not feel insulted and belittled, go somewhere else. The way we were treated here is absolutely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated like this. More
