The service advisor (Robert) was extremely accommodating. He had my vehicle diagnosis on one day and allowed me to take it home until the part came in. Having my vehicle and not having to hass accommodating. He had my vehicle diagnosis on one day and allowed me to take it home until the part came in. Having my vehicle and not having to hassle with a rental car, even though it would have been covered, was great. Additional, when I picked the vehicle after the part was installed Robert saw something that did not look right, he immediately took the vehicle back to the service area had the issue corrected and brought the vehicle back to me. I sure this effort may be considered part of his job but that effort showed me true customer service. More
