In January of 2009, I travelled from San Diego to San Berdo to buy a2008 Carco Caravan from Moss Bros. When I did,I specifically said that my address was only to be use for *THAT* transaction. I was assured by the Fleet manager that he would not send me other email or provide my address to anyone else. Since that time I have gotten more than a dozen messages. Despite my repeated calls to place requests to stop, they continue. Now I'm getting email from companies like dodge.innovyx.net, which tells me Moss Bros. sold or shared my email address with other people. If you don't like being spammed, don't give them your email address. And don't bother calling them about the problem. It only provokes them to escalate their spamming. More
Had vehicle in for overheating 4 days later they replaced radiator, this was in May 2009. It is now Aug and the radiator is leaking. They do not want to replace the rad for free. Had to bring in our warranty people as they used an aftermarket. They wanted new fees to go back to our warranty holder and charge us another service fee of 50.00 plus..Even tho parts and service is under warranty for 12-12 Moss is saying because it was an aftermarket that warranty did not apply. Well the insurance people never authorized an aftermarket rad and we were never informed of this either. The person had to call Moss and explain what they did was wrong and they had to repair the radiator at no cost to anyone but themselves because it was their error!!! Josh told my husband that we had the radiator for over 3mths what did we expect??? Excuse me! More
