Horrible, called about a warranty claim prior, (rust on the under carriage/ steering components of the vehicle) they said it was covered since I just bought my 2024 Ram 2500 2 months ago. Came and brought the under carriage/ steering components of the vehicle) they said it was covered since I just bought my 2024 Ram 2500 2 months ago. Came and brought my truck in and of course like always the dealership will find a way to get out of covering any type of warranty. What do they tell me? “Rust is only covered if it’s on the paint”. What a complete joke Ram is and this dealership. Ram is the definition of selfish company that’s only there for itself and not its customers. Never have I been to a dealership that honors their word. Always a bunch scammers that don’t want to do any work, will always try to find a way out doing their job and helping a customer out. Never coming there again or to any ram dealership. I am very disappointed. A fog light (defense light) and the visor are broken, and I took the Jeep in to have them replaced. Previously, the stop light had broken, and I had Gap insurance, which covered it at that time. I have acquired two cars with you all, and I have always included Gap insurance, but this last time I was greatly surprised to find I was not covered by gap insurance because I had paid off the Jeep in advance. It doesn't seem fair to me not to be able to cover the broken items with the Gap insurance, because when I signed the documents, no one notified me that by paying the car off completely, I would lose the right to Gap insurance coverage, just because I wanted to pay the debt in advance. I spoke with Josh about what was happening, and he told me that the Jeep no longer appears in the system because the place where I bought it already has another owner. Instead of wanting to help me, he only offered to sell me a new car. How can I be interested in buying another vehicle there if you withhold important information from me. More
After my whole experience from 9/24/25 drop off until 10/13/25 of multiple repairs and service for my vehicle. At first I was frustrated and very disappointed but after speaking with Joshua Dave’s and Shannon Hicks general manager I can honestly say I am satisfied on how multiple service advisors came to understand my concerns and help turn the whole experience around and were able to pick up others that let down and lack of customer service. Shannon Hicks was amazing at allowing me to be heard and my concerns with compassion to how I was feeling he assured me that he will make sure everything will get taken of before I gave birth. Thank you Kody. As well as thank you Hannah for not giving up on my experience and making sure second time around you made sure you communication, repair and everything was taken care of correctly this time around. I will make sure to never use this dealer for ANY service work because their prices are so fay out of line. They told me that this was the price of owning a diesel truck, they are wrong. Diesel fuel in inherently dirty and the designers know this so they make the fuel filter and water separator easily accessible to replace filters. First time DIY'er take 45 min to do this job. A dealership with a lift and rolling catch pan can do this in about 20min. With both filters priced at about $175 which is way too much for fuel filter leaves 30 minutes of labor at about $848 an hour! And this is on a truck that has a cost of near $100,000. So what the dealership is saying is that fuel filter changes will cost you over $7,200 every 100,000 miles driven if you pull with your truck. More
